Photographing at Carr Bank in mansfield

If you're getting married at Carr Bank Wedding Venue in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, then you'll have such an incredible day.

This venue is a hidden gem in Mansfield and in the spring, all the flowers were in bloom and the weather was just perfect to catch that soft light that March brings.

Carr Bank is a beautiful wedding venue set within Carr Bank Park, with the historic manor, landscaped grounds and a range of different spaces giving you plenty of opportunities for photographs throughout your wedding day.

I've photographed a real wedding at Carr Bank, so the photographs throughout this page are from an actual wedding at the venue.

Carr Bank is a fantastic venue for wedding photography because there is so much variety within the venue and its surrounding grounds.

The venue is set within Carr Bank Park in Mansfield and combines the character of its historic manor with more contemporary wedding spaces. The grounds provide several different backdrops for photographs, including the Victorian greenhouse, bandstand, rose arbour and tree-lined parkland.

This means your photographs don't all have to look the same. We can make use of the different areas throughout the day, depending on the weather, light and how much time you want to spend away from your guests.

Eastwood Hall, Nottingham

I photographed Jack & Letisa's wedding at Eastwood Hall and captured the day from the preparations through to the evening celebrations.

My approach to wedding photography is relaxed and natural. I want you to spend your wedding day enjoying yourselves with the people you've invited, rather than feeling like you're constantly being taken away for photographs.

I'll photograph the important moments as they happen, as well as the smaller moments around them, the reactions, laughter, hugs, tears, drinks, dancing and all the things that make your wedding day yours.

Eastwood Hall's grounds give us plenty of opportunities to take some time away from the celebrations for photographs of just the two of you.

I don't want your couple photographs to feel stiff or overly posed. I'll give you enough direction to make sure you look great, but the aim is for the photographs to feel natural and like you.

We'll make use of the gardens, landscaped grounds and different areas around the venue, depending on the weather, light and time available on the day.

You won't need to disappear for an hour. A short amount of time together is enough to create beautiful photographs while allowing you to get straight back to your guests.

Thank you Jack & Letisa and all of your family and friends for being so amazing and for making our day so easy, even if it was a really long day!
